Permission has been given through e-mail by Ken Jezek, Byrd Polar Research Center: "are freely available for anyone to use as they see fit.  This includes the Radarsat data I posted.  Please make the best possible use of the products."

NOTE:
This folder does by default only contain the ancillary files for the actual images (.tif files). The images themselves can be downloaded all in one package from the Quantarctica website, or by need through the Quantum GIS download action as described in the user manual.
